Etairos is a construction consultancy and commercial builder. We partner with institutional investors, boards, asset owners, developers and builders, representing their interests through every phase of a project.

Based in Melbourne and operating across Sydney, Brisbane, Gold Coast, Adelaide and Canberra, we provide client side project management, superintendent services, technical due diligence and capital works oversight across all types of construction, including building, civil and infrastructure projects.

Alongside our advisory work, we act as commercial builder on selected projects in Victoria and New South Wales, across New Build, Fit Out, Refurbishment, Remediation and Extensions. We take these on by invitation, for clients and projects where quality and long term outcomes matter most.

Founder

John Paraskevas brings over 25 years of experience across the construction industry, with a proven track record spanning a diverse range of projects and sectors. His network includes trusted relationships with construction firms, trade contractors, consultants, private developers and government agencies.

John works alongside clients and leads his team through every phase, from early feasibility to final handover, focused on delivering the outcomes that matter. He is known for a practical approach to reducing risk on projects, strong construction and commercial knowledge, and an unwavering commitment to safety, quality and ethical standards. He takes real satisfaction in providing clients a service they can rely on.
