Etairos acts as Superintendent on building, civil and infrastructure contracts, including AS 4000, AS 2124, AS 4902, AS 4300 and bespoke forms. Under AS 2124 the Superintendent must act honestly and fairly, and under AS 4000 reasonably and in good faith. We hold every certificate and assessment we issue to that standard, documented and reasoned so it holds up if challenged.

Project Monitoring, Reporting & Consulting. We prepare clear, regular progress reports so you always know exactly where your project stands.
Chairing Meetings. Organising, leading and minuting project control group meetings or stakeholder and other required meetings.
