Managing Contractor (MC): Etairos as the builder, managing the pre-construction phase and completing the construction as a turn key solution. This is ideal if you have your project management covered or full-service delivery with design and construction. 

Project Management (PM): Etairos provides comprehensive project management and superintendent service, overseeing the pre-construction, construction, and post-construction phases. This is a full-service option for end-to-end management.
